A Complete guide how to do it in ICS
for Windows 98 and Windows Me

Lets begin !!!

Step 1. Getting the stuff

You need this:
ICS Configuration 1.5 + my config file (icq.ics)

It is a zipfile.. and I hope you know how to extract it ;)
The icq.ics file is a config file that makes the rules in the program
.. I explain this more in if you continue reading down..

Step 2. Install

Extract the two files in the zip-file
Installing ICS Configuration 1.5 is very easy ..
Just start the icscfginst.exe and follow the instructions.
(next-next-finished ;D ...)

Step 3. Import the file

Now you need the icq.ics file I told you to download.

Click Import and browse to the icq.ics
.. then you will see the "ICQ" in the list (see picture above )
Then select ICQ in the list and press button Enable

Step 4. Choose your IP

The Target IP should be the computer that has ICQ installed

Step 5. Edit Portrange

If you doesn´t want to use the portrange that I have
used on my page then you can enter it here.
(I suggest NOT to change it)

Step 5. Verify the config file

If it looks like this, then you know that it is from my
site and safe to use.

And DON`T FORGET TO DISABLE THE ICQ BUG !!
(this is only standard mapping for ICS to enable filetransfers in ICQ)
